Description of Service

BuzzSearch is an AI customer research platform that reads public conversations on Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other sources, and turns them into cited answers, customer avatars, ad hooks, and product research. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the service as we continue to develop the product.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account and for keeping your login credentials and API keys secure. All activity under your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us at support@buzzsearch.ai.

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary.

Plans, Credits, and Payments

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Plan credits reset at each renewal and do not roll over. Top-up credits do not expire while your account is active. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged. Prices and credit costs may change, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you before a change affects a plan you have already paid for.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or related systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute data or output from the service in bulk
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written consent
• Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal usage patterns or the documented API
• Use the service to harass, target, or identify individual people

Violation of these restrictions may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Your Data and License Grant

You retain ownership of data you submit to BuzzSearch (such as questions, product links, and brand details). By using the service, you grant BuzzSearch a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store that data to provide and improve the service, and to generate aggregate, anonymized analytics.

You may use the reports, answers, and other outputs generated for you for your own business purposes, including writing ads and marketing copy. Quotes and comments surfaced by the service come from third-party public sources and remain subject to the rights of their original authors and platforms.

Intellectual Property

The BuzzSearch service, including its software, design, features, and documentation, is owned by BuzzSearch and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that research results will be complete or accurate. Third-party platforms may change or remove content at any time, and BuzzSearch is not responsible for the content of third-party posts, comments, or AI outputs.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BuzzSearch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to BuzzSearch in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuzzSearch and its team from claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your license to use the service ends immediately. We are not obligated to retain your data after termination.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@buzzsearch.ai. Previously paid fees are non-refundable. Sections relating to Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Intellectual Property survive termination.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the service. Your continued use of BuzzSearch after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be adjusted to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
