Questions
What is a credit?
The single unit for everything BuzzSearch does. Reading a set of Reddit threads and YouTube videos for one question costs about 45 credits; a customer avatar report costs 300, and a product opportunity verdict costs 100. Follow-up questions on research you already ran cost far less, because the sources are already yours.
What happens when I run out?
Plan credits refill on your renewal date. If you need more before then, subscribers can buy a top-up pack, and those credits never expire, so an unused pack is still there next month.
Do unused plan credits roll over?
No. Plan credits reset each billing month. Top-up credits are the ones that carry forward, which is why they exist.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. You get 100 credits when you sign up, with no card, which is enough to ask a couple of real questions and read the sources behind the answers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the billing portal in the app. You keep the plan until the end of the cycle you paid for, and any top-up credits stay in your account after that.
Which plan should I start on?
Plus if you are researching one brand, Pro if you are testing a new angle most weeks, and Max if a team or an agency is researching all month. Switching is prorated, so starting small costs you nothing.
